Police are hunting a group of hooded suspects after a shop was broken into in the early hours of Sunday morning in Bo’ness, West Lothian.
The break-in happened at premises on Linlithgow Road at around midnight, with officers launching a manhunt shortly after the incident was reported.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who was in the area around that time to come forward. The suspects were seen wearing hoods, making identification more difficult, but police believe someone in the local area may have seen or heard something that could help crack the case.
West Lothian has seen a number of overnight incidents targeting local businesses in recent months, and residents in Bo’ness have been urged to stay vigilant, particularly around commercial premises during late night hours.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland directly, or pass on tips anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
