A murder investigation is underway after a young man was stabbed to death at the headquarters of Brent Council in north-west London.
Police were called to the scene at the council building after reports of a stabbing. The victim, believed to be a teenage boy or a man in his early 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His exact age has not yet been confirmed by officers.
The Metropolitan Police have launched a full murder probe following the attack. The area around the council HQ was cordoned off as forensic teams moved in to examine the scene and gather evidence.
It is not yet clear what led to the stabbing or whether any arrests have been made. Police are urging anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the attack to come forward.
