Arrests Made After Gun Discharged in Huddersfield Neighbourhood

Police in West Yorkshire have made arrests after a firearm was discharged in the Bradley area of Huddersfield, and officers are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incident took place in the Kirklees district, and West Yorkshire Police confirmed that arrests have already been made in connection with the shooting. However, detectives are keen to speak to any witnesses who may have seen or heard something in the area around the time of the incident.

Bradley is a residential area on the northern edge of Huddersfield, and any firearms discharge in a built-up neighbourhood is taken extremely seriously by police. Incidents like this can cause significant fear among local residents, and officers will be looking to build a full picture of exactly what happened.

While arrests have been made, investigations are ongoing and police are urging anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious to get in touch. Even small details can make a big difference in cases like this, and witnesses are encouraged not to assume that someone else has already reported what they saw.

Anyone with information can contact West Yorkshire Police directly, quoting the relevant incident number. Information can also be passed anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
