A jealous husband who strangled his wife to death in their bed has been handed a life sentence after being found guilty of murder.
Michael Davies, 58, killed Tracey Davies at their home in Cefn Cribwr, a village near Bridgend in south Wales. The court heard how Davies carried out the brutal attack driven by jealousy, ending his wife’s life in what should have been the safest place in their home.
Davies was found guilty of murder following the trial and has now been given a life sentence for the killing.
