Detectives in Leeds are asking the public for help identifying two people in connection with a robbery in Pudsey, after releasing images of the suspects they want to trace.
The Leeds Crime Team put out the appeal alongside photos of two individuals, urging anyone who recognises them to get in touch as soon as possible. The images, captured on camera, show the pair that officers believe could have key information linked to the incident.
Pudsey, a town sitting in the western part of Leeds in West Yorkshire, has seen the local force move quickly on this case, with detectives keen to speak to the two people pictured before the trail goes cold.
West Yorkshire Police have not released full details of exactly when or where the robbery took place, but the appeal makes clear that identifying these two individuals is central to moving the investigation forward.
Anyone who thinks they recognise the people in the images is being urged to contact the Leeds Crime Team directly. As with all appeals of this kind, people can also pass information anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if they would prefer not to give their name.
Police are reminding the public that even small details can make a big difference in cases like this, and that anyone with information, no matter how minor it might seem, should come forward.
Pudsey of all places lol, not exactly a crime hotspot is it. Hope they catch them though, proper brazen doing it knowing there’s cameras everywhere these days.
