This is absolutely disgraceful, two days without water?? I live in Maidstone and we’ve been struggling since yesterday morning. Tried calling South East Water and was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. My elderly mum lives alone and I’ve had to drive over twice today with bottled water. They need to be held accountable for this, its simply not good enough.
This is an absolute joke, two days without water?? South East Water need to get their act together, people have kids and elderly relatives relying on them. My nan had to go stay at my sisters because of this. Completely unacceptable.
This is absolutely disgraceful. Two days with no water and all we get is a useless automated message telling us to “use water wisely” – mate we CANT use water at all! My elderly mum lives alone in Tonbridge and shes had to rely on neighbours just to flush the toilet. South East Water need to be held properly accountable for this.

Two days without water is absolutely taking the mick. I’ve got elderly parents in Maidstone who can’t even flush the toilet. South East Water need to get their act together, this is basic infrastructure not some luxury service. Disgraceful.
